ARK Simplify is the brand name of ARKSIMPLIFIQ Private Limited, a company based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. We provide outsourced support services to businesses, including:

• Construction estimating and quantity take-off support.
• Construction detailing services.
• Project management support for construction teams.
• Finance operational support, including bookkeeping, AP/AR, purchase order processing, and inventory management.

Information about our services on the Website is provided for general information only. The scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines of any engagement are set out in a separate proposal, quotation, or written agreement between you and ARK Simplify, which will prevail over these Terms if they conflict.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information, or submit another person's information without their authorization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers, or any connected systems.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or interfere with the operation or security of the Website.
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Website without our prior written permission.
• Use the Website to send spam or unsolicited communications, or in any way that violates applicable law.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Website, or any part of it, at any time and without notice.

Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or a binding contract. Any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement.

Submitting a form does not enroll you in text messages. We send text messages only if you separately opt in by selecting the relevant optional, unchecked SMS checkbox, as described in the SMS / Text Messaging Terms below.

These SMS terms apply if you opt in to receive text messages from us. By opting in, you agree to the following:

• Program name: ARK Simplify. The SMS program is operated by ARKSIMPLIFIQ Private Limited.
• Program description: ARK Simplify sends the two types of text messages described below. Each type has its own separate opt-in.
• Customer care & service text messages (transactional): Replies to your enquiry, meeting and call scheduling, project and service updates, and account notifications.
• Marketing text messages (promotional): Promotional offers, service announcements, and company news. These are sent only if you separately opt in to marketing text messages.
• Separate, optional opt-in: Each message type requires its own separate opt-in. You opt in by selecting the corresponding unchecked checkbox on one of our website forms. Our SMS checkboxes are never pre-checked, opting in to one message type does not opt you in to the other, and you can submit our forms without opting in to either.
• Agreement to these Terms is separate from SMS consent: Our forms also include a required checkbox, "I agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy." That checkbox records only your agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. It is separate from the SMS checkboxes, does not include SMS consent, and does not opt you in to any text messages.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase: You are not required to agree to receive text messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your enquiry, the services you use, and the message types you have opted in to.
• Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.
• Opting out: Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You can also reply STOPALL, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPT OUT, or tell us in any reasonable way that you no longer want text messages. After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further text messages from us unless you opt back in as described below.
• Opting back in (re-opt-in): If you have opted out and want to receive text messages from ARK Simplify again, you can opt back in at any time in either of these ways. (1) By text: reply START or UNSTOP to the same ARK Simplify number you opted out from. You will receive one confirmation text, and messages will resume only for the message type(s) you had previously opted in to. (2) On our website: submit a form again, such as our Contact Us form, enter your mobile number, and select the optional, unchecked SMS checkbox for each message type you want to receive (customer care & service text messages and/or marketing text messages). Each message type requires its own checkbox, and opting back in to one type does not opt you in to the other. Replying START or UNSTOP, or re-submitting a form with an SMS checkbox selected, is your new express consent to receive those text messages, and we keep a record of it, including the date and time. Until you opt back in using one of these methods, we will not send you any text messages, other than the single confirmation of your opt-out. You can opt out again at any time by replying STOP.

• Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to opt in. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or that you have the account holder's permission to enroll it. If your mobile number changes or is deactivated, please reply STOP from that number or contact us so we can update our records.
• Privacy: We handle your mobile number and SMS consent records as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or SMS platform providers that deliver our messages, is permitted. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time. Changes to these SMS terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
